Secretary/ Treasurer's Report:
1.
Received letter from Columbus Deaf Anglers, they
decided to not join as affiliate.
2.
Explained that I was contact Chester Insurance Company,
Independent, about general liability insurance for bass tournament.
3.
Letter from Jerry Mikus, He informed us that he will
not come to this tournament as due of expenses for trip.
4.
Need to discuss about increase from $30.00 to $50.00
for affiliation fee in future.
5.
We really need to discuss about the problem that
someone who pay or donation for participant entry fee but didn't come to any
tournament and they get credit for attendance for certificate of recognition.
For
example that we need to change for rule by by- Law and participant must show up
at the tournament and go to fishing then they can count for credit if they
don't show up and can't get credit to earn for certificate of recognition.
NBAD
Executive Board suggests making this motion for next year at Kentucky Lake, KY.
6. Financial report from Danny Cochran and
tentative financial report from Dave Coles.
