The National Bass Association for the Deaf 40th Anniversary Championship event hosted for day three with almost calm windy during the sunny day for all the day. All 38 NBAD teams arrived at Oneida Shores County Park between 5:00 am and 5:45 am on the third day. The 38 teams were divided into 2 groups for take-off. The first group consisted teams 18 through 37 and the second group were the remaining teams from 1 through 17.
All NBAD teams returned to the launch site at Oneida Shores County Park for the 3:00 pm check-in time. With today’s most favorable fishing conditions of west wind between 3 to 9 mph, all of anglers were excited again to weigh their bass by gain their experience from day three. A total of 26 five-bass limits were caught consisting of approximately 85% smallmouth bass and 15% largemouth bass. A total of 142 number of bass that all the boaters caught fish and its total weights 402.79 lbs. The following results show the list of the top performers;
Marty Yu and Frank Dettorre took day 3 lead with a weight of 18.39 lbs and day 3 big bass with a weight of 4.92 lbs.
Paul Rasado and Christopher Von Garrell took second place with a weight of 16.39 lbs and day 3 big bass with a weight of 4.91 lbs.
Daniel Duckwall and John Forinash took third place with a weight of 16.17 lbs.
Teams standing in 2th to 4th have approximately a 16 lbs bag and teams standing in 14th to 21th place have approximately a 13 lbs bag.
Overall for day 2 and day 3 during The National Bass Association for the Deaf 40th Anniversary Championship event:-
Daniel Duckwall and John Forinash lead with a weight of 33.28 lbs.
Marty Yu and Frank Dettorre took second place with a weight of 32.35 lbs.
Ryan Gale and Jason Teramae took third place with a weight of 31.06 lbs.
During the award the President, Mr. Brett Ketchum give the winning prizes. We are very pleased that NABD committee did very well with for their hard work for NBAD anglers’ events.
